The work Sans Titre by Simon Hantaï was sold in the The 20th Century Art Online Sale auction at Christies in Paris in April 2021. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 18,750.00 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Simon Hantaï achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work M.A.4 (Mariale) in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 4,432,500.00.

Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Simon Hantaï wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion The 20th Century Art Online Sale bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 18.750,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Simon Hantaï erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit M.A.4 (Mariale) im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.432.500,00.
