Auction result well in line with expectations
The work After The Rain by Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2011. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,063.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Summer Woodland Scene, which sold at auction in December 2020 for GBP 27,720.00 (€ 30,965.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit After The Rain von Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov kam im Juni 2011 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.063,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Summer Woodland Scene beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für GBP 27.720,00 (€ 30.965,71) versteigert wurde.
