A top price for Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov - as previously expected
In December 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Summer Woodland Scene by Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov. The price achieved of GBP 27,720.00 (€ 30,965.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Summer Woodland Scene is the most expensive artwork by Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Summer Woodland Scene von Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 27.720,00 (€ 30.965,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Summer Woodland Scene das teuerste Kunstwerk von Simeon Fedorovich Fedorov, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
