Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,318.58). Admittedly, works by Sigmund Joseph Menkes have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nu, 1924 in October 2011 with an auction result of EUR 71,173.00.

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.318,58) einen neuen Besitzer.
