Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Mukai Shuji was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in October 2011. The price achieved of EUR 1,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mukai Shuji achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Work 11 in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 350,000.00 (€ 41,187.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mukai Shuji kam im Oktober 2011 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mukai Shuji erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Work 11 im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 350.000,00 (€ 41.187,74).
