Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Shirazeh Houshiary was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2017. It achieved a price of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,689.34), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shirazeh Houshiary achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Door in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 158,500.00 (€ 122,318.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Shirazeh Houshiary kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.689,34) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shirazeh Houshiary erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Door im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 158.500,00 (€ 122.318,26).
