Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work untitled (triangle 11) by Shio Kusaka was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in March 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,750.00 (€ 7,933.63). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shio Kusaka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work (Line 65) in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 89,694.14).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit untitled (triangle 11) von Shio Kusaka wurde im März 2020 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.750,00 (€ 7.933,63) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shio Kusaka erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit (Line 65) im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 89.694,14).
