Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2013 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Art contemporain, which included the work Angel Iibronze And Iron On Wood Basis by Shinkichi Tajiri. The price achieved of EUR 31,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Other works by Shinkichi Tajiri have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2012 the work Guerrier - Warrior was auctioned for EUR 58,600.00.

Im Dezember 2013 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Art contemporain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Angel Iibronze And Iron On Wood Basis von Shinkichi Tajiri zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 31.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Shinkichi Tajiri konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2012 die Arbeit Guerrier - Warrior für EUR 58.600,00 versteigert.
