Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Blowing Bubbles by Sherree Valentine Daines was sold in the Modern British and Irish Art auction at Bonhams in London in April last year. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,211.25 (€ 1,444.37). Admittedly, works by Sherree Valentine Daines have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Forever Cherished in December 2018 with an auction result of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 12,533.50).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Blowing Bubbles von Sherree Valentine Daines wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.211,25 (€ 1.444,37) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sherree Valentine Daines auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Forever Cherished im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 12.533,50).
