Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Shen Qin was auctioned at Sothebys in Beijing in June 2015. The price achieved of CNY 92,040.00 (€ 13,310.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shen Qin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape in Song Style, which sold at auction in November 2016 for HKD 400,000.00 (€ 48,742.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Shen Qin kam im Juni 2015 bei Sothebys in Beijing zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 92.040,00 (€ 13.310,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Shen Qin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape in Song Style beobachtet, die im November 2016 für HKD 400.000,00 (€ 48.742,67) versteigert wurde.
