A top price for Shen Ning
The work Dreaming of Butterfly by Shen Ning was sold in the Chinese Contemporary Ink auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2017. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 150,000.00 (€ 17,127.98), 67% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Dreaming of Butterfly the most expensive artwork by Shen Ning that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Dreaming of Butterfly von Shen Ning wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 17.127,98) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
