The work At the Water's Edge by Shen Hanwu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2018. It achieved a price of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 42,325.36), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shen Hanwu - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Descendants Of The Dragon, which sold at auction in April 2014 for HKD 1,480,000.00 (€ 137,649.60).

Die Arbeit At the Water's Edge von Shen Hanwu kam im November 2018 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 42.325,36) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Shen Hanwu mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Descendants Of The Dragon beobachtet, die im April 2014 für HKD 1.480.000,00 (€ 137.649,60) versteigert wurde.
