The work Leisure Boating by Shangguan Zhou was sold in the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2010. It achieved a price of HKD 125,000.00 (€ 12,986.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Shangguan Zhou; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot A Lesson in the Afternoon sold at auction in November 2010 with the realized price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 18,525.62).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 125.000,00 (€ 12.986,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%.
