Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled From The Like Everyday Series by Shadi Ghadirian was sold in the Middle Eastern Art Online Sale including works from the Saatchi Collection auction at Bonhams in London in August 2021. The price achieved of GBP 3,570.00 (€ 4,159.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Shadi Ghadirian have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Like Everyday in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 37,500.00 (€ 28,191.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled From The Like Everyday Series von Shadi Ghadirian wurde im August 2021 in der Auktion Middle Eastern Art Online Sale including works from the Saatchi Collection bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.570,00 (€ 4.159,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Shadi Ghadirian auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Like Everyday im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 28.191,25).
