Under the wooden base signed Camargo and dated Paris 1964. Painted wooden relief, length 19, width 14, height 7 cm. Mounted on wooden base, length 27, width 21,5, height 7 cm. This lot will be presented to Raquel Arnaud after the sale and is sold on the condition that the work is included with a certificate.

Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Sérgio de Camargo achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2019. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work Untitled. sold for SEK 1,500,000.00 (€ 142,118.16) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 600,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sérgio de Camargo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Relief No. 21/52) in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 2,165,000.00 (€ 1,591,209.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sérgio de Camargo erzielte im November 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit Untitled. für SEK 1.500.000,00 (€ 142.118,16) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 600.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sérgio de Camargo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Relief No. 21/52) im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.165.000,00 (€ 1.591.209,76).
