Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Beggars At The Monastery Gates by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 110,333.59) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View Of The Pechera Monastery in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 513,300.00 (€ 718,752.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Beggars At The Monastery Gates von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov kam im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 110.333,59) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
