This artwork by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2011. In the Important Russian Art auction, the work The Belfry Of The Pskovo-Pechersky Monastery sold for GBP 217,250.00 (€ 253,617.13) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 100,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Of The Pechera Monastery, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 513,300.00 (€ 718,752.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov erzielte im November 2011 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Russian Art wurde die Arbeit The Belfry Of The Pskovo-Pechersky Monastery für GBP 217.250,00 (€ 253.617,13) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 100.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Sergei Arsenievich Vinogradov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Of The Pechera Monastery beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 513.300,00 (€ 718.752,80) versteigert wurde.
