Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 68,500.00 (€ 86,123.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Semyon Faibisovich have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work One More Glance at the Black Sea in December 2021 with an auction result of GBP 340,200.00 (€ 405,787.24).
