Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition, 1952 by Selim Turan was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2010. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,913.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Selim Turan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition in June 2009 with an auction result of EUR 198,450.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition, 1952 von Selim Turan kam im März 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.913,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Selim Turan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 198.450,00.
