Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hob by Samir Sayegh was auctioned at Bonhams in London in May this year. It changed hands for a price of GBP 14,080.00 (€ 16,382.17) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Samir Sayegh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March last year the work Noon was auctioned for GBP 18,900.00 (€ 22,408.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Hob von Samir Sayegh kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 14.080,00 (€ 16.382,17) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Samir Sayegh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März letzten Jahres die Arbeit Noon für GBP 18.900,00 (€ 22.408,08) versteigert.
