Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kowloon Walled City, Hong Kong by Ryuji Miyamoto was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2012. The price achieved of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,847.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ryuji Miyamoto have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kobe - After The Earthquake, 1995 in April 2006 with an auction result of USD 13,200.00 (€ 10,456.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Kowloon Walled City, Hong Kong von Ryuji Miyamoto kam im November 2012 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.847,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryuji Miyamoto auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Kobe - After The Earthquake, 1995 im April 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 13.200,00 (€ 10.456,27).
