Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Dans" by Rune Rydelius was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 5,000.00 (€ 423.45). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rune Rydelius - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Standing figure, which sold at auction in October 2021 for SEK 9,000.00 (€ 906.08).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Dans" von Rune Rydelius im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 5.000,00 (€ 423,45) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Rune Rydelius mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Standing figure beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für SEK 9.000,00 (€ 906,08) versteigert wurde.
