Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2019 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Trängt" by Rune Jansson. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,515.93) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rune Jansson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2014 for SEK 38,000.00 (€ 4,210.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2019 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Trängt" von Rune Jansson zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.515,93) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Für andere Arbeiten von Rune Jansson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2014 für SEK 38.000,00 (€ 4.210,96) versteigert wurde.
