In February 2014 Christies in London held the auction Impressionist/Modern Art & Picasso Ceramics, which included the work Selbstmord by Rudolf Führmann. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,099.30), 50% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Selbstmord the most expensive artwork by Rudolf Führmann that we have observed at auctions so far.
