Auction result misses estimated price range
In August 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Paysage by Roland Oudot for USD 720.00 (€ 562.81). This price was achieved in the auction The House Sale at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roland Oudot achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paysage d'Arcadie in May 2004 with an auction result of EUR 12,925.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im August 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Paysage von Roland Oudot für USD 720,00 (€ 562,81) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The House Sale bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roland Oudot erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paysage d'Arcadie im Mai 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.925,00.
