Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les Environs Des Baux-De-Provence by Roland Oudot was sold in the Paintings of Provence auction at Artcurial in Paris in December 2010. The price achieved of EUR 6,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roland Oudot - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Paysage d'Arcadie, which sold at auction in May 2004 for EUR 12,925.00.
