In December 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Le Petit Village by Roland Oudot. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,726.00 51% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Roland Oudot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Paysage d'Arcadie in May 2004 with an auction result of EUR 12,925.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 51 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Petit Village von Roland Oudot zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.726,00 und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roland Oudot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Paysage d'Arcadie im Mai 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.925,00.
