Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2007 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale !, which included the work Compostion by Roger Selchow. The price achieved of EUR 180.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 150.00 – 200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roger Selchow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition, which sold at auction in March 2007 for EUR 720.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2007 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! durch, in der auch die Arbeit Compostion von Roger Selchow zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 180,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 150,00 – 200,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Roger Selchow mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Composition beobachtet, die im März 2007 für EUR 720,00 versteigert wurde.
