Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2007 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale !, which included the work Symbol of industry # 4 by Roger Selchow. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 204.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Roger Selchow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition, which sold at auction in March 2007 for EUR 720.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2007 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! durch, in der auch die Arbeit Symbol of industry # 4 von Roger Selchow zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 204,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Roger Selchow mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Composition beobachtet, die im März 2007 für EUR 720,00 versteigert wurde.
