Auction result well in line with expectations
The work It’s Over now by Roby Dwi Antono was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in March this year. The price achieved of GBP 5,334.00 (€ 6,068.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roby Dwi Antono achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Asih in May last year with an auction result of HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 299,178.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit It’s Over now von Roby Dwi Antono wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.334,00 (€ 6.068,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roby Dwi Antono erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Asih im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 299.178,08).
