The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 709.19) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Robert Stewart Sherriffs have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2018 the work ‘Winston Churchill: “How Absurd!
