Admittedly, works by Robert Lenkiewicz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Painter With Karen On The Studio Bed in March 2007 with an auction result of GBP 48,000.00 (€ 70,650.52).

Die Arbeit Self Portrait In Private Studio von Robert Lenkiewicz wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern British and Irish Art bei Bonhams versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 8.925,00 (€ 10.153,91) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Lenkiewicz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Painter With Karen On The Studio Bed im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 48.000,00 (€ 70.650,52).
