The work Sherry V.D. Dans L'Eau - 1967 by Robert Malaval was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March last year. It achieved a price of EUR 4,198.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40 %. Admittedly, works by Robert Malaval have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rolling Stones - 1969-73 in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 39,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 40 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sherry V.D. Dans L'Eau - 1967 von Robert Malaval kam im März letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 4.198,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Malaval auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rolling Stones - 1969-73 im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 39.000,00.
