Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Rodeo'S Main Event by Bob Scriver for USD 750.00 (€ 569.56). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bob Scriver achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Honest Try in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,182.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Rodeo'S Main Event von Bob Scriver für USD 750,00 (€ 569,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bob Scriver erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An Honest Try im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 13.182,18).
