Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Sky Climbers by Bob Scriver for USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,746.29). This price was achieved in the auction The L.D. "Brink" Brinkman Collection Online at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Bob Scriver have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Honest Try in February 2019 with an auction result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,182.18).

Im Februar 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sky Climbers von Bob Scriver für USD 3.125,00 (€ 2.746,29) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The L.D. "Brink" Brinkman Collection Online bei Bonhams in Los Angeles erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bob Scriver auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit An Honest Try im Februar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 13.182,18).
