Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Graham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Frieze: Figures I-A, I-E, I-F, Ii-D, Iii-D in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 390,000.00 (€ 289,898.16).

Die Arbeit Torso, Circa 1990 von Robert Graham kam im September 2021 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 5.100,00 (€ 4.405,29) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 70%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Graham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Frieze: Figures I-A, I-E, I-F, Ii-D, Iii-D im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 390.000,00 (€ 289.898,16).
