In the Interiors auction, the work Flowers sold for USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,810.11) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Robert De Niro, Sr.; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in June 2014 with the realized price of USD 31,250.00 (€ 22,826.88).
