In June 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction The Evill/Frost Collection I, which included the work Woman At A Window by Robert Colquhoun. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 79,250.00 (€ 87,675.39), 59% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Robert Colquhoun; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Two Sisters sold at auction in November 2005 with the realized price of GBP 102,000.00 (€ 149,850.89).

Im Juni 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Evill/Frost Collection I durch, in der auch die Arbeit Woman At A Window von Robert Colquhoun zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 79.250,00 (€ 87.675,39) und damit 59% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Robert Colquhoun; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit The Two Sisters im November 2005 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 102.000,00 (€ 149.850,89).
