Auction result well in line with expectations

The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Death of a Loyalist Soldier in April 2018 with an auction result of USD 162,500.00 (€ 134,586.72).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Willy Ronis - Megève, 1939 von Robert Capa wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Willy Ronis: Unmissable and unpublished works bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 780,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Robert Capa erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Death of a Loyalist Soldier im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 162.500,00 (€ 134.586,72).
