Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Peace, 1983 by Robert Arneson was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in June 2020. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,575.00 (€ 6,744.72) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Robert Arneson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Audio Visual in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 79,588.87).

Die Arbeit Peace, 1983 von Robert Arneson kam im Juni 2020 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 7.575,00 (€ 6.744,72) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
