Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Wild Life Painting (Crocodile White Tiger) by Rob Pruitt was sold in the Contemporary Art | New York auction at Sothebys in New York in December 2021. The price achieved of USD 25,200.00 (€ 22,265.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rob Pruitt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 6:20Pm, Late Summer in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 315,000.00 (€ 242,531.57).
