Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Rob Birza could be acquired at Phillips in London in December 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the New Now auction, the work Untitled (Flower Vase) changed hands for GBP 875.00 (€ 974.83) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rob Birza achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Thumbs Up in April 2011 with an auction result of EUR 12,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Rob Birza konnte im Dezember 2018 bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion New Now wechselte die Arbeit Untitled (Flower Vase) für GBP 875,00 (€ 974,83) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rob Birza erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Thumbs Up im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.500,00.
