Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Wired: Online Auction, which included this untitled work by Richard Nonas. The price achieved of GBP 1,260.00 (€ 1,449.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Nonas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Downtown shortline. in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 15,480.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Wired: Online Auction durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Richard Nonas zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.260,00 (€ 1.449,37) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Nonas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Downtown shortline. im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.480,00.
