Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jasmijn by Richard Learoyd was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in London in November 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,019.16) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Richard Learoyd have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2015 the work Tatiana Standing' was auctioned for EUR 57,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jasmijn von Richard Learoyd wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.019,16) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Richard Learoyd konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2015 die Arbeit Tatiana Standing' für EUR 57.500,00 versteigert.
