Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hansel and Gretl by Richard Hawkins was sold in the Contemporary Art | London auction at Sothebys in London in August 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 756.00 (€ 880.74) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Hawkins achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wrath Of The Underworld in September 2015 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 32,163.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
