In the American Art auction, the work Woman Seated At A Dressing Table changed hands for USD 233,000.00 (€ 170,821.11) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Admittedly, works by Richard Edward Miller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tea-Time in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,087,500.00 (€ 1,028,077.14).
