Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,549.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Renato Meziat - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Flowers, which sold at auction in May 2017 for USD 35,000.00 (€ 31,149.88).
