In the Fine Chinese Classical Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Drinking Cards with Illustrations of Daoist Immortals sold for HKD 5,765,000.00 (€ 668,633.27) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 2,200,000.00. This high result makes Drinking Cards with Illustrations of Daoist Immortals the most expensive artwork by Ren Xiong that we have observed at auctions so far.
