Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled, Ca. 2012 by Ren Hang was sold in the Erotic Online auction at Sothebys in London in February 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,346.26). Admittedly, works by Ren Hang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled, C. 2013 in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled, Ca. 2012 von Ren Hang wurde im Februar 2020 in der Auktion Erotic Online bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.346,26) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ren Hang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled, C. 2013 im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
