Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2018 Christies in Zurich held the auction Swiss Art Sale, which included the work SCHAU, ICH BIN BLIND, SCHAU., 1997 by Rémy Zaugg. Here, the upper estimate of CHF 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CHF 20,000.00 (€ 17,635.52). Admittedly, works by Rémy Zaugg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work About Death Ii (Triptych) I. And If Death I Were Blind Eyes Ii. And If Death I Were Lips Eyes Iii. Untitled in December 2017 with an auction result of CHF 97,500.00 (€ 83,282.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2018 führte Christies in Zürich die Auktion Swiss Art Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit SCHAU, ICH BIN BLIND, SCHAU., 1997 von Rémy Zaugg zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von CHF 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für CHF 20.000,00 (€ 17.635,52) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rémy Zaugg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit About Death Ii (Triptych) I. And If Death I Were Blind Eyes Ii. And If Death I Were Lips Eyes Iii. Untitled im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 97.500,00 (€ 83.282,94).
